Came quickly, watched a u-tube video on how to change. Took less time to change it, than it took to watch video.  Very satisfying.

Excellent customer service.  I ordered the hose handle to repair a hose that was not working.  After installing the hose handle on the old hose, it still didn't work.  I contacted Central Vac.  I talked to a knowledgable rep who instructed me to return the hose handle for credit and ordered the hose.   The customer service rep followed up with a call after receiving the returned hose handle and sent the new hose next day with Fed Ex.  Definitely will work with this company again.
