Broken Hose April 16, 2024 Reviewer: Jeffrey Fedorko from Massillon, OH United States   Our Vacuflow hose broke and I searched Central Vacuum Direct for the product.  I had a question and was able to call the office.  The gentlemen was very knowledgeable about the product and his assistance was very valuable to purchasing the correct replacement.  I would order from them again. Replacement TurboGrip Hose with Prongs January 19, 2024 Reviewer: William Mullane from Garden City, ID United States   The product arrived quickly and was exactly what I expected. It was easy to attach the zippered cover to the hose. The hose fit perfectly into my existing vac system and did a great job vacuuming my home. Replacement of VACUFLO TurboGrip Hose With Prongs February 13, 2022 Reviewer: LHT from MI 48025 United States   The TurboGrip handle on our 26 year old hose broke and I was searching for parts to repair it. The knowledgeable CentraVacuumDirect person confirmed  parts were no longer manufactured or available and they had a new replacement hose at a reasonable price.
