Wessell-Werk power head and corded hose. September 21, 2024 Reviewer: Kommer Langendoen from Camas, WA United States   Received this product very rapidly and am completely satisfied with it.  Works very well and not too heavy to operate.  Little disappointed in that we did not receive any operational info with this as to how to maintain and do minor repairs such as how to change belts etc.  Contacted Wessell-Werk USA but received no reply.  Must say though thoroughly enjoy this product. Hose replacement kit February 12, 2024 Reviewer: Laurie Barr from Burlington, WI United States   This was a long process that started with Hoover.com that could not provide me with replacement parts. They did give me 3 names of local businesses that could possibly help me out and Central Vac Direct was the winner! I sent photos to Tom & he assured me that I would need a new kit due to the age of the system and I figured that. He then directed me to their website to look at kits and said to call back with questions or when I was ready to order. Tom was not available when I called so Al was very helpful & so positive that they had exactly what I needed. He gave me all the options from high end to low end & then I made my decision and am extremely happy with my purchase.  They were both right, they had just what I needed! Thanks again! phone service July 30, 2023 Reviewer: Peter Phelan from Rockford, IL United States   I was searching for a replacement part for my Beam vacuum and had questions. I called your customer service line.  The gentleman on the other end could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. He understood exactly what the issue was and had good honest advice. Happy with new attachment set April 4, 2022 Reviewer: Susan   After contacting and consulting with service regarding a broken nozzle end on original SUMO square neck hose, I decided to replace the entire set with the Cana-Vac Performance Pack. The control hose has a universally sized stainless steel round neck configuration that I like. These attachments work great! Was this review helpful to you?
