This cord is the right one for my unit November 12, 2016 Reviewer: Thomas Blinn from Amherst, NH United States   This is the newer two prong cord and it fits my Type A beater unit perfectly.  I wound up pulling the old cord out through the grommet so I could reuse it, and I wound up soldering the connections and then insulating them with shrink wrap, but that was the easiest way to replace the old cord.
