I got the wrong part because a newer part had replaced it - but not "exactly". My call was answered quickly and after texting picture of the broken part, they found a used part and sent it to me at no cost other than shipping, tell me to save the new part because I'll need it later. I would've given them Excellent rating had they paid the shipping. Overall - very satisfied
