I ordered the wrong powerhead model #. When I contacted Central Vacuum Direct to see if there was an electric cord adapter for it, the nice man said the correct powerhead was in stock, but was concerned about high shipping costs of returning/sending another new one. He asked me if I would like to order a $50 wand to fit the one shipped to me instead. Fearing I'd end up having to purchase a new hose, then have it not fit my home's receptacles, I declined.He gave me a return #. He called me the next day to say his boss had approved sending me the new wand free of charge!!! It fits both my hose and the new wrong model powerhead! I am REALLY FLOORED they would do this for me! Five MORE stars for going above and beyond your regular customer services!!! Thank you!!!!
