Above and Beyond My Expectations! May 31, 2016 Reviewer: Marilynn Jones from Rigby, ID United States   I ordered the wrong powerhead model #. When I contacted Central Vacuum Direct to see if there was an electric cord adapter for it, the nice man said  the correct powerhead was in stock, but was concerned about high shipping costs of returning/sending another new one. He asked me if I would like to order a $50 wand to fit the one shipped to me instead. Fearing I'd end up having to purchase a new hose, then have it not fit my home's receptacles, I declined.He gave me a return #. He called me the next day to say his boss had approved sending me the new wand free of charge!!! It fits both my hose and the new wrong model powerhead! I am REALLY FLOORED they would do this for me! Vacuum Head May 24, 2016 Reviewer: Jodi Wisnefske from Campbellsport, WI United States   Our previous vacuum stopped working and I needed a replacement head.  I contacted my HVAC guy and he told me to purchase online because it would be less expensive.  I came across your website in a google search  .  I ordered the new head and I received it within a couple of days!!  I was very pleased with the ease of using your company and I will refer and purchase future parts from you!!!!
