Beam Replacement Head November 22, 2024 Reviewer: Malcolm Pigford from Austin, TX United States   Faster service than I expected. Head works flawlessly. However, the two prong plug was larger than the prong on my 20 year old head. I trimmed the plug to fit the hole and shaved off the bump on the back of the plug. BEAM RugMaster Plus Powerhead [045389] replacement June 28, 2024 Reviewer: CF from Plumas Lake, CA United States   We purchased a BEAM RugMaster Plus Powerhead about four years after buying our home ÃÆ’¢â‚¬â€ this would have been seven years ago. While I would have expected the replacement then to have lasted longer, I understood the forces on the replacement could take their toll ÃÆ’¢â‚¬â€ tightly woven carpets/throw rugs, pet hair from our Corgi, etc. ,  we used it every other day! Eventually, even after replacing the belt, the quality of each vacuuming event with our old head continued to decline. HOWEVER, this new Powerhead has taken us back to why we love his BEAM product ÃÆ’¢â‚¬â€ vacuuming is no longer a chore; it just gets the job done! Night and Day! Was this review helpful to you?

Replacement for a 31 year old part was successful. February 12, 2024 Reviewer: Jean from St. Louis, MO United States   We needed to replace the powerhead on a in-house Beam vacuum from 1983. The store near us only had limited hours and I didn't see the part online. I was happy to find this online at Central Vacuum Direct. It looks different (updated model), but works great!  It's lighter than old one, which I like better. Seems to be durable, I hope it lasts as long as the other one.
