Finally ordered new hose, beater head and parts.  Difference is HUGE!!  Way past time to order and it is back to the best appliance in our house for over 30 years.

I made my purchase online through the website. But I did not realize the model I chose did not have adjustable height for different carpet styles. When I got the unit I tried using it and it would not work. I contacted customer service someone answered right away and we had the problem resolved and they were shipping me a new powerhead By the end of the day. I could not be more pleased

5 of 5 Replacement "Serenity" Accessories & Hose July 15, 2019

My local provider no longer carries "Beam" products so I found Vacuum Direct through a standard internet website search.  To blindly search online for something as important as this and also have a decent amount of confidence of the product quality and that what will be sent will properly work with my existing system is a little unnerving.  Well, I have to say that everything that I received is not only top quality "Beam" products but it all works perfectly with my system.  As a matter of fact it works better than the old stuff did when it was brand new.

The shipment came on the Saturday following the 4th of July (Thursday) just like they said it would, and everything was packaged well for shipping.

Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Central Vacuum Direct to anyone.  Top notch!

This kit is largely similar to the one we purchased 15 years ago when we had the central vac system installed...  and that was exactly what we wanted as we are very happy with the power team products.

I ordered a new wand/hose/power head for my older Beam system. I called the next day to include a hose sock. The order got here in one day! It couldn't have been quicker if they lived next door! And it was a quality product at a fair price. Thanks.

Arrived in perfect shape and very quickly.  I don't know how, but it has better suction and picks my Afghan Hounds hair up from the carpet. Very happy with this replacement for our Serenity vacuum. Only regret is that we didn't do it sooner. Great company to deal with and would buy again from them!!
