Pipe Adapters

Some central vacuums produced prior to 1980 did not conform to the industry standard 2" central vacuum pipe and because many of those companies no longer produce central vacuum components, an adapter may be required to update a current installation. Likewise, if you're considering using plumbing pipe instead of vacuum tubing for your central vacuum system an adapter or reducer would be required for the install.
