Central Vacuum Board Replacement	February 12, 2024

When our electrician determined that a lightning strike killed our relay/transformer board, an online search found five "companies" offering replacements, from $240 down, but mostly unavailable. Central Vacuum Direct provided one in four days at $80 along with YouTube instructions. Class act.

The part was discontinued and nowhere available. Central Vacuum not only had an alternative to the part. But published a video how to install it and wire it . Works great!!!

I am very happy with my purchase of a PC board for my central vac unit. It was reasonably priced and delivered in a timely way. But perhaps more important, the on-phone tech support was amazing! The staff were very patient with my questions and led me through the installation step by step. Now the unit is again fully operational. CouldnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t be more pleased with the entire experience.
