My radon installer broke a part on my Honeywell central vac. I had seen a black part that replaces my OEM white part, but I wanted the original. Central Vacuum Direct had the original on their website. I ordered it, but what I got was the black replacement--and it was not the same. But I called CVD and got in touch with an employee who installs these systems, and confirmed it would work and sent me a video demonstrating it in their shop. So the part fits and my vac is working fine. My only complaint is I didn't get what was listed as in stock on their website, but I got the next best thing.
