Very quick shipping on my order. High quality parts. My only "complaint" is the high cost of shipping -- it would be nice to have some lower cost shipping options if I don't care about the delivery time. For example, this clip order was for $6 worth of parts and the shipping cost $14. Considering how light this box was, and my experience with other hardware shipments, the shipping cost should be more in the $4-$6 range for a 5-7 day delivery (which would have been acceptable to me).
