The problem with this tool is the design. It sucks to the floor so tightly as to become immovable.  The only way to make it work somewhat well is to crawl on your hands and knees to create a slight upward angle which lifts the front of the head up off the ground.

I needed something like a dust mop that would actually work with the central vac.  This was perfect and these guys were the only ones that had a product like that.  My only complaint is that the suction makes it difficult to move at certain angles.  I may have to figure a way to lift it just a little so it doesn't get stuck to the floor.  LOL
