I needed to replace the handle on my built-in vacuum hose. I found the part at Central Vacuum's Direct. I called them before ordering to confirm the necessary part and they were extremely helpful. They also provided assistance as to how to replace the part on my vacuum once I received it. Ordered the part and it arrived within days. Vacuum hose works great now and I avoided buying an entire new hose which would have cost approximately $500.

Called in to find a new handle for
My Q200 power head. Bought this product online. However, it does not have a resistive slider like the old handle and does not power my Q200.  Was also told no returns. Stuck with two handles that don’t work with my Q200
