I had ordered a Beam OEM hose several weeks back from another supplier, but they claimed it was backordered and so after several weeks, I canceled the order and tried Central Vacuum Direct and couldn't be more satisfied.  I called twice and spoke with Tom - I sent him pictures of the connections for my central vac, the parts arrived within a few days and the customer service from Tom was world-class.  Highly-recommend this business!
